Hi,

One possible way is to create a content class for the form as described by Paul Wilson (http://ez.no/br/developer/articles/how_to_create_ez_publish_forms) and just add the necessary fields for headline, text, images, etc. to the form class - this way you add the form as if you would add a normal article, just that it comes with attributes for your form fields.

Regards,

Gert

Hi Gert Mellak,
Thanx for replay but I have already created a content class using same Paul Wilson Article refered by you,
and i am able to add that form in my site.

I have used folder class as my site pages .
What i want is to add that form in content area of folder class(i.e in Description)
When I add that using insert object it appers as an link this is my problem.
