How to this ??? [Magazin idea]

I don't find docu for this now, but in this thread http://ez.no/developer/ez_publish_3/forum/general/cant_find_value_of_an_ezselection_datatype, there is a line, how to use it. But it should be enough just to define an attribute of datatype "Selection" in your article class. What i do not know now is, how to filter for that attribute, when fetching articles of section X.
