Sorry, totally lost in translation on the part concerning the "design contest"... Could someone rephrase it in layman terms?

Hello Gaetano,

This team meeting was focusing on the share.ez.no design & ergonomy reworking. Not sure this answers your question though. What else was unclear to you ?

What I understand: "there has been a team meeting, and we spoke about a design contest"

What I do not: "did we decide something (eg. dates, goals, participants) or not about it, and if so, what?"

Sorry...

I see. Let me try to rephrase it concisely :

  • Share.ez.no team meeting, happened feb, 26th, with Robin, Andrew and I
  • Topic 1: design contest, or "How to organize the revamp of share.ez.no"

    Resulting actions:
    - write a content description document, giving all details on what content matters, how it is structured. This deliverable will be the main element for any participant to the contest to understand what this portal is about. It is meant to leave a total freedom to UI designers / ergonomists in redesigning this portal.

    Agenda:
End of march: this document is finished. It will certainly trigger another meeting, and be shortly followed by the actual start of the contest.

  • Topic 2 : learning material for beginners/new comers

Was addressed shortly by the end of the meeting (which was focused on the design contest), but we raised the topic anyways, being key in our eyes. We acknowledged the clear need for such knowledge material, based on various feedback from all sides in the community. This led to identifying the need to properly slice and dice the knowledge material, facilitating access/findability of it.

Resulting actions: address this topic more thoroughly in the next meeting.

Did this reworded summary make it any clearer ?
Cheers !
