Hy,
have you any entrys in the ezpublish errorlog according to this problem?
The ezPublish errorlog is located in
var/log/error.log
in the ezPublish root directory.
Also make sure, the webserver-user has write-permissions on the following directories:
settings/override settings/siteaccess/*
