I have the same problem :(

I can develop some custom extension, that will store the unique anonymous IP's in the DB and then run cronjob that will remove expired rows from the database. But there will be not the best solution.

Anybody know any solutions for the unique anonymous voting (kernel patches or ready-to-use extensions)?
