Hi, there are two ways to solve this.
1. create some general forms for them that fit 99% of their needs.
Like some 'attend event form' where they can fill out the type of event, name , description, receiver and time. (email_receiver is the attribute that can be used as receiver)

2. Create a class group called Forms and let them create form classes there.
Then use a general form template that loops true the attributes and displays the information_collectors, this one overrides on the class group.
Note 1: class_group_override needs to be enabled in ini settings
Note 2: there is a bug that was fixed in 3.9.2 and 3.8.8 when using node_view_gui together with class_group overrides

Have a look at Form Builder from designIT (http://ez.no/products/partner_products/form_builder). It makes it <b>very</b> easy to set up and manage forms.
