Gunnstein Lye	Monday 11 October 2004 4:55:05 am When EmailReceiver is empty, the AdminEmail in MailSettings will be used instead. You could remove that too, or do some changes in kernel/content/collectinformation.php. But what is the point of using the information collection without sending any emails?
