Trevor,

The answer depends on what you kind of feedback form you want.

If you want a simple form that asks users for data and sends you an email, you could use the information collection functionality.

If you want to store (and analyze afterwards) the data you could define a regular content class and give permissions to end users so they can create an object of that class.

In both cases, you can find more information on how to proceed in the documentation.

Hope this helps,

Tom

Thanks Tom.
I am actually looking to implement the simple form using the information collection functionality.

I have implemented it and unfortunately I am having problems, as each property of the feedback_form class is getting stored twice. For example, the Class contains
Name, Message, Email Address and in the Information Collection Admin Screen shows that they contain Name, Name Message, Message, Email Address, Email Address.

I remember somewhere in the documentation there was a walkthrough on how to create the feedback form as I had used it previously. Unfortunately, I can seem to locate it and am thinking that it may be in the old documentation somewhere.

I really just want to start from scratch and am looking for guidance on how to do it.

Can anyone help?

Thanks in advance,
Trevor
