You have to create your own import script.Have a look to this function from te ez API :

Theoretically this is possible of course, but I don't know about an existing solution for this. You will have to write some code, use the eZ Publish API to import the articles. Good luck!

You should take a look at this extension:http://ez.no/developer/contribs/import_export/data_import
It will let you import from csv or xml files, or you can write your own database layer to import directly from the mambo database.
