Mysql should come up after reboot on it's own from if you used the installer. That's what I have found anyway. To help you with apache try the options below. I posted this in an earlier thread.
/opt/ezpublish/apache_1.3.27/bin. Then you can run the Apache script (apachectl -k stop, apachectl -k start, apachectl -k restart, apachectl -k graceful).
