Hi,
well, how much webspace do you have?
Note, that ezPublish will create quite a lot of cache files and of course, all binary files, that are part of the content (downloadable files, images) are stored in the filesystem.

If you think, you can cope with that and still want to "strip" the system, you should try this:
- language files are in /share/translations. The *.ts files are quite large
- I think the packages are in /packages. When you finished the installer and you really want to do everything "from scratch", you probably can delete this folder.

There may be some other files/directory, but probably nothing, that is worth looking at.
