this is not a setting you can make. The fact is that we put a different binary in our distribution than what we should have done. The easiest way to obtain the correct "php.exe" is to download PHP 4.3.6 from http://no2.php.net/get/php-4.3.6-Win32.zip/from/a/mirror and replace the php.exe file in the install directory of eZ publish with the php.exe from php-4.3.7-Win32/cli/php.exe in the zip file you just downloaded (and <b>not</b> the> php-4.3.7-Win32/php.exe one!).
