Hi Edgar,

It sounds like your php.ini settings are incorrect. If you look in your apache error log you will probably see that php execution timed out after some short period like the default 30 seconds.

If your machine is unable to finish the installation and redirect you to the next screen prior to the timeout when you refresh it will have already created the tables and you receive the error that you have mentioned.
