I'm not sure what you mean by 'input tags'. Maybe it would be better if you were to set out what you are trying to achieve.

A lot of the html eZpublish produces is controlled by the templates in

/standard/templates/content/datatype/view/ezxmltags

- but (of course) you can override them to your own tastes.

You can also make custom tags, take a look at this thread for a start.
