Im having the same problem. it looks to be just a path issue with me. what does the address bar show when you navigate to your new site?

Power by apache,
are you run under IIS or apache2?

on my computer, ezrun best on apache1.3, error on apache2.

same problem here after upgrade from SuSE 7.2 to 8.2
I think I used php 4.3.1 before, but with another php.ini.

I guess it's some config problem, but have NO IDEA!

Can someone maybe post his/her php.ini who has a working 4.3.1 installation?

I need to setup a site and can't start! Dammit!

Thanks!

Hi,

I had the same problems under Suse 8.0. It was related with the memory_limit. I set it to 20M and it worked. Under Win2K it works with the default 8M.

But I have probs with the "login-loop" and none of the postings here helped so far.

Greets,

Tilo

I've had similar problems in the past when i move up from one version of ez to the next. I often try to go back to basics when something like happens. After checking my web server settings and urls are fine i flip the 'CheckValidity' setting to true and force ez to go through the set up. I don't put a new db in but keep my old one there. For some reason this seems to 'flush' the problem out...

Thanks a million, Thilo!
memory_limit was the problem!

eZ, this is a MUST-check for the installation process!

Problems like that (no errors, no output, no hints, just not working) really suck and renders me aggressive on some days ;)

I'm really glad, this worked out...I could not afford to wait or do trial-and-error for a week...

Best regards!

Memory limit check will be added to the installer in the final 3.2 release.

and changing the memory limit (20 Mb) solved the problem.
