Hi,
Re 1. I think that you should check rewrite rule in apache vhost config file.
I resolved new icons problem by adding ^/share/icons to rewrite rule.

Can I get some more detail on the rewrite rule (where to make the edits)? I have the same problem, but I'm not sure what files to change. Thanks.
