Install ez Publish 3.9 on Windows with Apache 2, Possible?

Rainer Kraft	Sunday 15 April 2007 4:41:25 am Thought about a complete package from apache friends? There you got XAMPP for Windows and a Beta for Vista. It is running out of the box and is a good solution for testing.
