The features of the sites can't really be quickly and easily exported as you describe. You need to understand how they work and build the classes and templates for yourself.

The good news is that it is not particularly difficult to do this once you've successfully done one or two. To get stated I'd recommend you go into parts of the documentation that tell you how to setup the features you like, the building an ez publish site" tutorial is a good place to start.
