Hi,

Ezp3 have a default template for every predefined content class, so you shouldn't get an error like this because if it fails to open your override template it should always use the standard template that comes with ezp3

You could turn on debug (also for templates) at the site.ini.append of your siteaccess, clear all caches, and looks what the user side page shows, if your template file name is missing then it means that ezp isn't loading your template

when you try to override the template in setup/templates, you have to select correct siteaccess AND press the "Set" button.
If that won't work, try to clear the cache as well (setup/cache)
