All data are stored in database so this is the first thing which you must restore. Configuration files are in your settings/override and settings/siteaccess/(prefix)/ Images, and other files are stored in /var/(prefix)/storage. I hope this help.

Do you have shell access? If yes use Putty for exmaple and form eZ pub root dir execute scripts

php -C path_to_update_script/script.php

If you don`t know where is php type

whereis php

If you don`t have shell access ask for help administrator. This takes him a while ...
