It appears I have purchased a barebones Apache/MySQL/CGI hosting plan without mod_rewrite, shell, or modular php (all php cgi). :( Is there any hope for me to get eZ up and running in this environment? As I see it, the only thing holding me back is the lack of a ? following index.php. There has to be some way to make this work, right??
