Hi Terrence,

did you check the prerequisites, like having a compatible PHP version? PHP5 won't run, for example... Also, sometimes it may happen that the initial setup process takes more time than expected, if your provider uses a PHP session timeout... I would also try to clean all the cache directories, seeing if that helps, since the error comes from within the cache.
