Search for autoload or ez components (as you can see in the upgrade docs ezc is required to be able to regenerate the autoload classes location cache for extensions), some:

This is new to me, so I suggest we keep this thread to this issue(and if you need to know more on the other issues, post it in one of the other threads).
Could you turn on this in site.ini to get some warnings / errors?

DebugOutput=enabled

Alternatively try to extract the related error / warnings from var/log/error.log|warning.log when it happens!
