Only one user can act as the editor (the person who will be approving stuff). You may change this by editing the workflow that you've created. Change the user selected in the "Editor" field from "Administrator" to the user who you wish to be the editor.
This is how it is at the moment. According to the workflow-guy, this will not be changed in the near future. However, you might achieve the functionality that you need by having various editors for different sections.
Slight drag - but I guess it is possible to solve.
My plan was to setup a directory ala Yahoo/Open Directory with possibly more than one editor for some of the categories. In any case I'd want both the editor and and admin to recieve the approval messages. Editor has final call for all links added in his categories but admin can override.

But my organization has a group of editors and they can approve *all* content, regardless section.
I must then create a new user and all editors share this account? Editors must have 2 login? One for self use and another one for approval? I think this is irritating for editors and inefficient.
