No, it happens even when all the chracters in the object title are ASCII.
But I found out how to get rid of the problem. When I set PreViewCache=disabled everything works O.K. This sollution works fine fro me, but if any of the developers wants to solve this issue, I'm willing to help and provide technical info about my site.
