- What errors are you seeing?
- Does the admin/templates view tell you your override is in place?
- Are your file permissions correct for the new file? - Put your override to the top of all overrides. I've found the order is important if you have other overrides working on the same source file...
- What errors are you seeing? -> No error. The template which is used is the line.tpl
- Does the admin/templates view tell you your override is in place? -> I looked in the admin>settings>Templates but I can't see the templates I have created before (just the design/standard/templates) - I don't know this part of the admin very well :(
- Are your file permissions correct for the new file? -> Where can I set that ? - Put your override to the top of all overrides. I've found the order is important if you have other overrides working on the same source file... -> I tried but till no result
In the admin/templates section you should see a link for: node/view/line.tpl. If you click this the system will tell you its understanding of the overrides in place. If you see yours then it should be active. Its a quick test to see if ez has understood your override. Have a play with this.
Your new file line_folder.tpl may be on the system with the wrong permissions. Usually this appears as an error on the page saying it can't open something, but it depends on your debug settings/cache etc. Your new file needs to be readable by the web server. Permission problems are something i forget a lot :)
How did you create this file? By hand on the file system?
