If there is a lot of traffic and huge transactions then you might have to increase the PHP memory limit. Bad/unoptimal template code usually leads to more memory being used. Try 16,24,32,48 or 64MB; however, according to some people here 16 is usually enough for "normal" sites. Balazs PS: Cronjobs might eat a lot of memory.
