I know that eZ projects has a section with some site styles, I don't know if these site styles still works, and some of them will not work with ez flow at all, maybe with ez web interface.

To tell you truth, eZ community is growing pretty fast and I am pretty sure that at some time people will start creating themes for it, but right now the main eZ publish contributor is the eZ systems itself, and it focus is provide more stable and powerful CMS features, and, of course, improve eZ publish code ( I'm not sure, I'm not speaking by eZ systems, it is just my impression ), but definitely eZ publish is not recommended for people that needs everythink out of the box, until now, maybe in the next few years.
