"I know there's a possibility to make a copy of existing node"
It is possible to create exact copy of a node. when you right click on the icon of a node you see the context menu from where you can easly copy a node(look for option copy).
I din't get you can u explain clearly

In eZP terms, it's called "multiple locations for an object". It means creating different nodes in the tree for the same object.

In the admin interface, you add a new location for an existing object in the "Locations" tab

I may have not understood the question but if I wanted to link one object to another I might use an Object Relation attribute.
