Hi,
I manage to work out the problem.

The <i>'user/login'</i> wasn't the right template I was thinking that is shown. Actually system was using <i>'/warning/kernel/1.tpl'.</i>

When warning <b>No 1</b> have to be displayed system looks into <i>error.ini</i> file and there is defined the template that shall be included, after warning message is displayed:

# Set access denied to embed login
ErrorHandler[1]=embed
EmbedURL[1]=/user/login

In my case (and I think it is the default setting) i had <i>'user/login' .</i>

So....
I found out where come from the warning message <i>(/warning/kernel/1.tpl) </i> not from nowhere
And found out where come from the messages about template include <i>'user/login.tpl'</i> (it is defined in the <i>error.ini</i>)
