See in contentstructuremenu.ini (contentstructuremenu.ini.append.php for admin siteaccess), there is:

[TreeMenu]
# which classes to show
ShowClasses[]
ShowClasses[]=folder
ShowClasses[]=forum
etc.

put your classes in array (and clear cache)
