Hi,

Anyway, check that the path ( ExecutablePath ) to convert is right in section ImageMagick of image.ini

Hi Jey,

thanks for your reply.

i'm using Linux and the path is correct

[ImageMagick]
IsEnabled=true
ExecutablePath=/usr/local/bin
Executable=convert

i noticed that in the admin page of the site there is no preview. compared to another website(working intranet) that we have which is in a seperate server there is a preview on the admin forall images.

by the way this is the system info

Hi Jey,

Please ignore my previous post. i have solved this one already. the problem is fixed now.

after double checking the path which has changed from the last installation, the image is working now both in the admin preview and in the website...

thanks again Jey....
