Notifications in approval workflow

The author and the moderator must subscribe to the "Approbation" collaboration notification. I though I was the case but it seems that I was doing something wrong... 2 additional questions: - how to let users subscribe to the "Collaboration notifications" in the ezwebin interface? By default, it seems that this is not the case and I have to log in to the admin interface. Another misconfiguration from my part? - I notice that approval notifications mails are sent in bcc.
