Thanks, I've double checked that all images are in the right directory and I've cleared the cache but still no joy. I had used the full relative paths to images within the html, so I've changed to use the code you suggested and still no images. Surely if you use the full path to an image it should display as the server should just follow the path declared within img src tags.
Not sure whether this is the right place for this, but I am also having trouble getting images to display. I modified one of the classes ("Folders") so that it would handle images. Another class ("articles") is set up to do this and does it fine. The "add image" place does show up when I go to edit the folder, the preview shows the image after I publish it, and the image shows up under the right folder in the var section of the files, but it does not display on the public site. Does anyone know what possible reasons there might be for this? (We seemed to be having a similar issue, John, so I hope it was alright for me to ask about it here.)
It looks like our problems may be similar, but I've now created a welcome article with an image included. When I call the relavent page in a browser, I still just get a blank screen so i suspect our problems are caused by different issues. As for posting here, fill your boots Jim
At least on the surface our problems do seem similar. Whether you are right about their having different causes, I have no idea. I am hoping that someone who knows more than I do will answer this.
Jim
