I think you need to edit the anonymous rols. Just select the anonymous role (as before) and click on the edit button (in the upper half of this page). Then click on the edit icon (the pencil) behind the content read role (usually the first line). Select both the standard and the new section and click on ok. Click on ok again to safe the chnages to the anonymous role. That should be it.
