Yeah, thanks! Looks like that's the same issue.. Is there a way to checkout the correct file revision from an SVN? (cause i can't wait for 4.1.1 at the moment).
Yes, just browse stable/4.1 as always and grab the file (well you should normally look at the issue for rev number and check svn history for that number to see if any other files where changed besides the changelog).

Sorry, my fault.. Didn't know that there is an updated / fixed version 4.1.0 for download cause in the issue is written: fixed in 4.1.1 (wich isn't released yet).
stable/4.1 is the branch for svn fixes / changes for eZ Publish 4.1.x including 4.1.0, 4.1.1, 4.1.2 and so on, just like stable/4.0 is for 4.0.x and stable/3.10 was for 3.10.x
