Text-Input gets damaged/stripped

When i copy one text (http://www.ewnw.de/aktuelles_news/weltw_rts_freie_pl_tze ) to vim (should be equal to notepad in required functionality) and then into the text-input at my new site, all formattings are converted to html-tags with enteties, see http://neu.ewnw.de/aktuelles_news -> test2 The website, where you can find the problem is here: http://neu.ewnw.de/aktuelles_news/new_article (in german again, but problems obviously). thanks for your answer!

When i copy one text (http://www.ewnw.de/aktuelles_news/weltw_rts_freie_pl_tze ) to vim (should be equal to notepad in required functionality) and then into the text-input at my new site, all formattings are converted to html-tags with enteties, see http://neu.ewnw.de/aktuelles_news -> test2
