it seems to me, that there is some template override information missing. Please check, of you override.ini(.append.php) file(s) were copied and all extensions you need are enabled.
ez seems to look for content/datatype/view/ezxmltags/internalframe.tpl , because it does not know, that the template is overridden in /design/ezwebin/override/templates/content/datatype/view/ezxmltags/ .
