P.S: I CAN'T upgrade to eZP4 because I have PHP4 on my server and it won't be upgraded to PHP5 soon. So I'm really stuck here...

It's the same in 4.0.0, but I didn't know 3.9.4 was affected:http://issues.ez.no/IssueView.php?Id=12175&activeItem=1

Yes, it is affected. And it seems like the fix is made in eZP(3.10.1) which is not yet available. Where could I find this version, or at least the patch to fix this bug?

I think he wants the one that fixes his bug:http://pubsvn.ez.no/nextgen/stable/3.10/
This is svn version of 3.10.x, this is where all the fixes for the 3.10 branch go.
