If each section has already it's own pagelayout.tpl I believe you know how to setup template override. Just do the same with top menu template, create an override for each section.
As I said before I have 2 section(one of them is Standard Section) so it doesn,t make any different which section I'm in in both of them I see the folders related to the standard section in the top menu
