Interesting topic..I need help with customizing the siteview so that the editors can create and edit their objects directly on the page without entering the admin interface.
..I know how to integrate this in the pagelayout.tpl (create buttons, list classes and so on), but I don't want the editor to enter a full-view of edit object with translations buttons, related obj buttons available with full default template.
I just want to display the title, description and text field in the siteview..and the save/discard button.
My question is..how do I override the view for edit, and where do I add the override in the config for this?
Hope someone can answer this, maybe I can contribute with more myself after testing. I have searched the doc for at least an hour now :/
