EZImageManager issues - cannot create image alias

Further info: I've managed to clear the error log to this issue:

[ Nov 28 2008 16:46:31 ] [209.217.81.98] eZContentClassAttribute::attribute:
Attribute 'EZ_DATATYPESTRING_MAX_IMAGE_FILESIZE_FIELD' does not exist

When I go through the EzPublish admin interface:

Setup > Classes > Image

I'm able to edit the Image [URLImage] attrbute specifically the Max file size but when I come back to it the field is back to its previous setting. There is no error log entry.

I am able to go to the database directly and change this value but it doesnt prevent the above error from occurring.

Thoughts?

has anyone experiment that?

My Image.ini settings are :

No matter, convert exists in /usr/bin and apache has access to that directory.
