ezxml was part of the core of eZ Publish but it was removed in 4.1 (if I recall correctly). You can still find it in the lib directory of version 4.0.1. What exactly do you need it for? Your best bet is to rewrite whatever is using eZXML to use the php functions. Take a look at the php DOMdocument class for instance.
