The main node id is not set ! Is it normal ?

Depends, does it have any assigned nodes at all?
If not then it is ok, it means the object doesn't have any placement, but if it has nodes then it is a inconsistency* and you can fix it by setting main node in admin.

* One such where discovered in swap node code recently and fixed in 4.0.4 / 4.1Beta1
