using the pdf interface is a bit tricky,
take a look at the documentation under
http://ez.no/doc/ez_publish/technical_manual/3_8/reference/template_pdf_functions
Here are all function listed. Remember that the text function has a align attribute. Always use the pdf view gui to display attributes or you will need to seperate each line with a {pdf( 'new_line' )}
There is also a xml bug which you will need to fix if you are using secial characters.
