but where can I put these lines? I t've tried in workflow.ini, paypal.ini, shopaccount.ini but nothing..

ok . you have to edit the site.ini (or override)and change:
ClearBasketOnCheckout=disabled
to
ClearBasketOnCheckout=enabled
