create this file :
templates/node/view/tagcloud.tpl
{eztagcloud( hash( 'parent_node_id', $node.node_id ))}
and use this in your template :
{eztagcloud( hash( 'parent_node_id', $block.custom_attributes.subtree_node_id ))}
