Hi vytis,
I'm guessing that you need to modify the shopaccounthandler. Or better yet, copy it and create a new one as an extension.
There's not too much documentation in this area, but it's fairly straight forward. Let us know if you run into any issues, and we'll try to help.

to Lukasz Serwatka: no, this not what i asked, because some fields are required.... Workaround can be to make it as hidden fields with dummy values...

You can start by examining the default shop account handlers located in kernel/classes/shopaccounthandlers.
