Assuming you've tried on the online demo of ez and it works fine:
What's your charset ? The © sign might not be existing for instance on your charset.
Wilde guess, but as I'm having a hell of a time with charset conversions, I'm prepare to blame it for everything ;)

I also thought of something like that, but the charset is utf8.Language in Admin-panel: german
It dosen't matter which text I try to publish.It's always the same behavior if the text is too long.
