I want to have a things like << welcome to "justinsoft" >> in my web site . where " justinsoft " is the name of site (in fact with spip we can give a name to the web site).
The theory is when we know everything and nothing works.
The practice is when everything works and nobody knows why.
If the practice and theory are met, nothing works and we do not know why.
If you use ezwebin or ezflow you can login and click 'site settings'. If you are using something else / custom, then you mostly edit site.ini.append.php for the siteaccess you want to change the site name for.
